SCHEDULE 7:  POLE ATTACHMENT RATE:

Applicable:
To all utilities and entities that have current Pole Attachment License Agreements with the District.

Rates:
The rate will vary each year based on the District’s annual financial records for the previous year. The calculation will include;

 1) The Average Investment per Bare Pole,

 2) Annual Carrying Charges including;

            a) Administrative and General Expenses,
            b) Operation and Maintenance Expenses,
            c) Depreciation, and
            d) Return on Investment.

 3) Equal sharing of Support Space,

 4) No Portion of the Safety Space, and

 5) Proportional sharing of Usable Space.

 Annual Pole Attachment Fee: $14.03 per pole/per year plus,
                                                 $  1.75 per foot used

Customer Service Policies:
Service under this schedule is subject to the Customer Service Policies of the District.

Additional Requirements:
Pole Attachment License Agreement.
