Douglas PUD has transitioned from one customer information system to a new and improved one. This new system gives you the power to access your account information through the Internet at your convenience.

Click here and follow the one time sign up steps to create an online account (e-CARE).

After creating an e-CARE account, you can view your usage, billing and payment history and make a payment.  There is also a paperless billing option.  E-bills is an e-CARE feature allowing you to receive an e-mail when your Douglas PUD bill is ready for viewing and payment.  Choosing paperless billing is clean and saves money. Unless you choose paperless billing, you will continue to receive the traditional paper statement.

Payments made online today before 5 p.m. will be posted to your account by 1 p.m. the following business day.

If your service is scheduled for disconnection, paying your bill on-line will not stop the disconnection.  Customers scheduled for disconnections or customers that are disconnected must contact our office to pay their bill or make payment arrangements.
