Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ron Skagen, Jim Davis and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the January 3, 2012 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Approved a professional service agreement with The Master’s Touch, LLC, for printing and mailing services for the District’s customer billings. The in-house practice is no longer effective or practical for the District. This agreement will not exceed $20,000 and will expire December 31, 2012. (12-001)
Authorized a professional service agreement with Biomark, Inc., a sole source, for design, construction, testing and installation of half-duplex passive integrated transponder tag detection equipment. Necessary for the 2013 lamprey upstream fishway passage studies. This agreement will not exceed $64,179 and will expire January 4, 2013. (12-002)
Canceled the January 16, 2012 and March 12, 2012 meetings.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. January 9, 2012 at the District’s Bridgeport office.
