Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ron Skagen, Jim Davis and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the December 19, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Conducted a public hearing for questions regarding Local Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County for the Rio Vista Street Assessment Roll. No one being present with questions regarding the assessment and having received no other form of comment, the Commission declared the hearing closed. The Assessment Roll for 2012 is $24.00 per lot.
Approved addendum No. 2 to bid document 11-20-D, Furnish Tubular steel structures for Douglas to Rapids 230 kV Transmission Line. This addendum clarifies items in the bid document. (11-173)
Approved purchase of easements from J. Kirk Bromiley. Necessary for the Douglas-Rapids 230 kV transmission corridor. (11-174)
Authorized the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) budget for year 2011. The District’s portion of the budget is $74,906. (11-175)
Approved the 2012 hatchery monitoring and evaluation (M&E) implementation budget for Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Wells Habitat Conservation Plan requires the development and annual implementation of a M&E plan for the District’s hatchery programs. The cost is not to exceed $897,497. (11-176)
