Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ron Skagen, Jim Davis, and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the August 8, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s Bridgeport office:
Approved amendment No. 4 to professional service agreement with Harris Northstar for Customer Information System (CIS) replacement (09-13-D). The amendment adds customization for District needs at a cost of $2,200, raising the not to exceed limit to $273,520. (11-104)
Declared Schneider Electric the sole source of ION meters for the Pangborn Substation upgrade. Necessary for the precise monitoring activities associated with Intergate.Columbia facility at a cost of $46,596.08. (11-105)
Authorized execution of intent to grant easements and easements with Dean Rainey and Rainey Family Limited Partnership. Necessary for the Douglas-Rapids 230 kV transmission corridor. (11-106)
Approved software license and professional service agreement with Personal Data Systems, Inc. under RFP 11-08-W to install configure and implement payroll and human resources software at a cost not to exceed $130,000. (11-107)
Opened bids under bid document 11-11-D, remove, provide and install substation battery systems. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. August 15, 2011 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
