Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the February 14, 2011 Commission meeting held at the District’s Bridgeport office:
Authorized a call for bids under bid document 11-02-D, supply 750KCM and 4/0 EPR primary underground distribution cable to resupply inventory. (11-018)
Approved renewing contract 09-03-D, plow Installation of underground primary cable or conduit with Cascade Cable Constructors, Inc. for a third year. This resolution also lowers the not to exceed limit of the third year to $300,000. (11-019)
Approved amendment No. 3 to professional service agreement with Harris Northstar for Customer Information System (CIS) replacement (09-13-D). The amendment adds customization for District needs at a cost of $4,200, raising the not to exceed limit to $271,320. (11-020)
Authorized a rate adjustment for the professional service agreement with Electrical Consultants, Inc. This agreement allows for the fee schedule to be negotiated annually to reflect any increase in the cost of doing business. (11-021)
Rescheduled the February 21st Commission Meeting to Tuesday, February 22nd due to the upcoming Presidents’ Day holiday. The meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the East Wenatchee Headquarters Building.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. February 22, 2011 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
