Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the December 20, 2010 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Conducted a public hearing for questions regarding Local Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County for the Rio Vista Street Assessment Roll. No one being present with questions regarding the assessment and having received no other form of comment, the Commission declared the hearing closed. The Assessment Roll for 2011 is $24.00 per lot.
Conducted a public hearing for proposed pole attachment rate. No one being present with comments or questions and having received no other form of comment, the Commission declared the hearing closed. Staff will bring a recommendation to the Board at a later date.
Approved acceptance and final payment of work from Halme Builders, Inc. under contract 09-27-D, Bridgeport Office Improvements. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications.(10-233)
Approved amendment No. 2 to professional services agreement with Harris Northstar for Customer Information System (CIS) replacement (09-13-D). The amendment adds customization for District needs at a cost of $4,800, raising the not to exceed limit to $267,120. (10-234)
Approved amendment No. 1 to professional service agreement with Natoma Technologies, Inc. The amendment will extend the agreement for two years expiring December 31, 2012 with no change in the not to exceed amount. (10-235)
