Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the November 22, 2010 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Approved acceptance of work and final payment to G. G. Richardson under contract 09-21-W, Badger Mountain Communications Building. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (10-218)
Established the assessment roll of Local Utility District (LUD) No. 1 of Douglas County, the Rio Vista Street Lighting System. Manager Bill Dobbins advised the Commission the assessment will be $24.00 per lot. The Public Hearing date is set for December 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the East Wenatchee Headquarters. Any lot owner in the LUD area wishing to comment on the assessment may do so in writing prior to that time or by attending the hearing in person. (10-219)
