Douglas County PUD Commissioners Mike Doneen, Jim Davis and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the August 21, 2006 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
No bids were received for bid document 06-34-D, 24 count fiber optic cable.
Approved acceptance of a subdivision power facilities agreement for Sand Canyon Estates Subdivision. The developer, FMR LLC, has paid the contribution in aid of construction and provided a cash deposit in the total amount of $53,922. (06-202)
Authorized modification to residential weatherization program (Phase II). This resolution will allow customers to directly obtain bids and select an independent contractor of their choice to install weatherization measures. (06-203)
Approved an agreement for professional services with Pacific Appraisal Associated, PLLC for professional appraisal services for the Wells Hydroelectric Project. To protect the Wells Project Boundary and meet the property policies of the District, additional property acquisition may be required as the District continues its effort to resurvey the boundary. Pacific Appraisals has been providing appraisal services to Douglas PUD over the past nine years and will provide continuity to the project. (06-204)
