Douglas County PUD Commissioners Mike Doneen, Jim Davis, and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the June 6, 2005 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Opened bids to replace hoisting ropes on the 300-ton and 450-ton gantry cranes for the Wells Hydroelectric Project. There were two bids received for the contract with bid prices at $52,000 and $63,682. The apparent low bid was received from Crain Repair Service of Fife. Estimated to cost $62,000, all bids will be evaluated prior to recommendation.
Authorized a request for qualifications for a hydrogen consultant to determine potential uses of hydrogen as a renewable resource for Douglas PUD. (05-128)
Approved acceptance of a subdivision power facilities agreement for Corum Place Subdivision, Phase 2. The developer, Jay Bollinger, has paid the Contribution in Aid of Construction and provided a cash deposit in the total amount of $36,980. (05-129)
Authorized acceptance of a subdivision power facilities agreement for Kentucky Crossing Subdivision, Phase 2 3. The developer, Gary Bates, has paid the Contribution in Aid of Construction and provided a bond in the total amount of $139,212. (05-130)
