Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the February 17, 2004 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Opened bids to provide Douglas PUD with a 4X4 loader backhoe and 20 ton tilt trailer. There were three bids received for the contract with bid prices ranging from $79,827to $90,936. The lowest bid was received from Terex Utilities West of Seattle. Estimated to cost $85,000, all bids will be evaluated prior to recommendation.
Amended sections 10, 25, and 40 of the Electric Distribution System Customer Service Policies. This resolution clarifies language in these policies. This is NOT an increase of electric rates. (04-26)
Established a new administrative position of Douglas County Community Network (DCCN) Project Supervisor. This position will coordinate and assist with engineering of DCCN projects. (04-27)
Authorized a rate adjustment for the Agreement for Professional Services with Western Shore Heritage Services. This two year agreement allows for a review of rates after the first year. (04-28)
Approved a land use permit for Chelan PUD to install and operate a fish tagging facility on District property south of Wells Dam. (04-29)
Authorized renewal of the Business Travel Accident Policy. (04-30)
