This resolution will transfer Douglas PUD’s interest in the Non-Treaty Storage Agreement to the Bonneville Power Administration. Thereby releasing the District of obligations associated with the agreement. (03-108)

Approved an amended participant agreement with IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. and related side letter agreement. The District utilizes IntercontinentalExchange for power price discovery and occasional power transactions. (03-109)

Authorized the purchase of an acoustic scintillation flow meter measurement system for the Wells Hydroelectric Project from ASL AQFlow, Inc., a sole source. Douglas PUD has investigated the use of an acoustic scintillation flow meter time of travel system for measuring water flow through the Wells Hydroelectric Project turbines.
