Provided notice of estimated excess compensation billings. State law requires employers to give notice, at a public meeting, of the employer’s estimate of the excess compensation billings. The District’s estimate of excess compensation billings is $214,000 for its Public Employees’ Retirement System Plan 1 employees who are expected to retire during the period from October 31, 2002 through the expiration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement on March 31, 2005. (02-224)

This contract is not to exceed $24,100. (02-225)

This contract is not to exceed $100,000. (02-227)
Authorized an independent contractor’s agreement with Joseph First. Douglas PUD occasionally has the need for electrical engineering support at the Wells Hydroelectric Project.
