The Commissioners opened those bids and found prices ranging from $54,883 to $59,600. The circuit breaker was estimated at a cost of $62,500. Western States Electric, Inc. of Portland, Oregon provided the apparent low bid. District staff will evaluate all bids prior to recommendation for award.
