Douglas County PUD Commissioners Lynn Heminger, Ron Skagen and Jim Davis executed the following actions during the February 10, 2014 Commission meeting held at the District's East Wenatchee office:
Authorized acceptance of work and final payment to TJE, LLC for the second year of contract 11-10-D, traffic control flagging. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (14-015)
Approved a call for bids under bid document 14-04-D, East Wenatchee warehouse roof membrane replacement. (14-016)
Authorized acceptance of work and final payment to H20 Wells Services, Inc. for work under contract 12-21-W, 2012-2013 hatchery well and pump maintenance. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (14-017)
Approved a change in the District's travel reimbursement policy (Administrative Bulletin 5.13) to reflect changes in the Internal Revenue Service approved mileage rate for 2014. (14-018)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. TUESDAY, February 18, 2014 at the District's East Wenatchee office.
