Douglas County PUD Commissioners Lynn Heminger, Ron Skagen and Jim Davis executed the following actions during the October 14, 2013 Commission meeting held at the District's Bridgeport office:
Authorized extending comprehensive crime coverage with the Hartford to October 15, 2014. (13-157)
Approved a request for qualifications 13-21-W, solicitation of professional real estate appraisal services. (13-158)
Authorized a call for bids under bid document 13-06-W, 480V circuit breaker installation for the Wells Hydroelectric Project. The backup power supply for the Wells Hydroelectric Project will be more reliable with the addition of the circuit breakers. (13-159)
Approved a request for proposals 13-15-W, provide energy scheduling and accounting software. (13-160)
Authorized amendment No. 1 to professional service agreement with Western Ecosystems Technology, Inc. Necessary for additional services and information, the amendment will increase the not to exceed cost $10,495 bringing the total not to exceed limit to $67,656. (13-161)
Approved a revised Land Use Document and Permit Application for the Wells Hydroelectric Project. Necessary to comply with the new Wells Project Operating License. (13-162)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. October 21, 2013 at the District's East Wenatchee office.
