Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Mike Doneen executed the following actions during the September 20, 2004 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Recognized Jerry Kyle, Wells Systems Engineer, for his twenty years of service.
Authorized a Subdivision Power Facilities Agreement for the 53-lot Alder Ridge Subdivision in East Wenatchee. (04-198)
Authorized Change Order No. 1 to a contact with McConnell Construction to provide a pier, ramp and floats at Columbia Cove Park in Brewster. The change order adds a non-slip coating to the ramp grating. (04-199)
Authorized amendment No. 2 to a professional services agreement with PBS Environmental, Inc. PBS provides environmental monitoring services related to hazardous materials such as asbestos. The amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount of the contract by $100,000. (04-200)
Authorized adoption of a Water System Plan for Withrow Water Works. This plan was developed under a community development grant and sets forth a plan to improve water service in the Town of Withrow. (04-201)
