Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Mike Doneen executed the following actions during the August 2, 2004 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Awarded North Sky Communications of Vancouver, WA the contract to construct the Shared Access Ethernet Fiber Pilot Project. North Sky, with a bid price of $111,014.97, was the lowest responsive bidder. (04-151)
Awarded Bell Lumber and Pole Company of Conway, WA the contract to provide Douglas PUD with wood poles for the O’Malley 34.5 KV Project. Bell Lumber, with a bid price of $274,115, was the lowest responsive bidder. (04-152)
Awarded Western States Electric, Inc. of Portland, OR the contract to provide Douglas PUD with 336 ACSR conductor for the O’Malley 34.5 KV Project. Western States Electric, with a bid price of $93,536, was the lowest responsive bidder. (04-153)
Authorized acceptance of all work performed by Allen Construction Inc., of Manson, under the second year of a contract to provide Douglas PUD with excavating services for the Wells Hydroelectric Project. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (04-154)
