Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the June 14, 2010 Commission meeting held at the District’s Bridgeport office:
Approved renewal of contract 08-29-D, asphalt installation and repair with Moe Asphalt Patching and Seal Coating, Inc. for a third year as allowed for in the contract. (10-122)
Approved renewal of contract 08-32-D, traffic control flagging with TJE, L.L.C. for a third year as allowed by the contract. (10-123)
Authorized agreement for professional services with Hammond Collier Wade Livingston under request for proposals 10-11-D, material testing services. (10-124)
Approved submittal of Performance Audit Annual Report as required by RCW 43.09.470. (10-125)
Authorized issuance of request for proposals 10-16-W, professional engineering services with experience in Arc Flash Hazard Analysis. (10-126)
Approved the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife 2010-2011 supplemental budget for the Wells Wildlife Area. The budget request was for $ 87,776. (10-127)
Authorized land use permit Terry Substation – 01. This permit will allow Charter to relocate their communication cables underground on District property. (10-128)
Opened bids under bid document 10-15-D, construct South Nile Substation expansion. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. June 21, 2010 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
