Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the March 15, 2010 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Opened bids under bid document 10-02-D, distribution dock crew. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
Opened bids under bid document 10-05-D, supply EPR underground primary cable. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
Approved acceptance and final payment of equipment received from Altec Industries, Inc. under contract 09-06-D, 4X4 55-foot Material Handling Bucket Truck. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (10-046)
Authorized acceptance and final payment of equipment received from Altec Industries, Inc. under contract 09-07-D, 6X6 Digger Derrick Line Truck. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (10-047)
Approved Purchase and Sale Agreement with Andy and Shane Handley for certain real property related to improvements at the South Nile Substation. (10-048)
Authorized a call for bids under Bid Document 10-01-D to supply the District with 1250 EPR underground cable. This cable is needed to relocate District facilities in accommodation of Washington State Department of Transportation road project on SR 28. (10-049)
Approved a call for bids under bid document 10-03-D, Distribution tree trimming. (10-050)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. March 22, 2010 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
