Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the December 13, 2010 Commission meeting held at the District’s Bridgeport office:
Approved the 2011 hatchery monitoring and evaluation (M&E) implementation budget for Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Wells Habitat Conservation Plan requires the development and annual implementation of a M&E plan for the District’s hatchery programs. The cost is not to exceed $866,252. (10-228)
Authorized a renewal with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for commercial general liability, Washington stop gap and commercial automobile liability coverage with a renewal premium of $147,286. (10-229)
Approved the renewal of excess liability insurance coverage with AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. with a renewal premium of $347,751. (10-230)
Authorized purchase of foreign liability insurance through Great Northern Insurance Company for a premium of $2,500. (10-231)
Opened the bid under bid document 10-21-W, building maintenance for the East Wenatchee Headquarters facility. American Building Maintenance of Wenatchee was the only bidder at a total for bid comparison of $3,580/ mo.
Awarded American Building Maintenance contract 10-21-W, building maintenance for the East Wenatchee Headquarters facility. They have the current contract and were the only responsive bidder. (10-232)
