Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Mike Doneen executed the following actions during the November 15, 2004 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Approved acceptance of a subdivision power facilities agreement for Canyon Hills Subdivision, Division 5. The developer, Prime Properties, LLC, has paid the contribution in aid of construction and provided a bond in the total amount of $62,290. (04-249)
Revoked a land use permit with John Brownlee. The land in question will be transferred to the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Indian Reservation upon approval of the Settlement by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. (04-250)
