The following is a report of the Douglas County Public Utility District Commission meeting that was held on November 13, 2000.
The Commissioners recognized Wells Project Mechanical Foreman Frank Taylor for thirty years of service with Douglas County PUD. In their congratulatory letter, the Commissioners thanked Taylor for his dedication, good work, and years of service to the customers of Douglas County.
