Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the January 25, 2010 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Accepted a plaque of appreciation for support of the Andrew York Linemen Rodeo from Sarah DeLozier and Daryn Klinginsmith both of Chelan PUD.
Rejected bids under bid document 09-30-D, to supply the District with 1250 EPR underground cable. All bids exceeded the engineer’s estimate by more than the amount allowable under state law. (10-014)
Authorized participation in the Mid-Columbia Hourly Coordination 2010 Budget. Grant PUD, acting as Hourly Coordination Central, provides services for the coordination of power generation for the Mid-Columbia PUDs. (10-015)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. February 1, 2010 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
