Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Ron Skagen executed the following actions during the January 11, 2010 Commission meeting held at Bridgeport City Hall:
Approved acceptance of work completed under contract 06-29-D, Dutch Henry initial phase construction. All work under the contract has been completed and determined to meet the bid specifications. (10-009)
Authorized amending Schedule 6 of Electric Distribution System Customer Service Policies. This amendment will reduce wholesale bandwidth fees. (10-010)
Approved agreement for professional survey services with Erlandsen and Associates, Inc. This agreement will expire December 31, 2012 and will not exceed $500,000. (10-011)
Authorized agreement for professional services with Biomark, Inc. with regard to 2010 Survival Study for Wells Hydroelectric Project. Biomark, Inc. will be responsible for PIT tagging and husbandry of up to 82,000 juvenile Chinook for the 2010 Survival Study as required by the Wells Habitat Conservation Plan. This contract will not exceed $279,000 and will expire December 31, 2010. (10-012)
Opened bids under contract 09-30-D, to supply the District with 1250 EPR underground cable. The bids will be analyzed prior to an award recommendation.
Rescheduled the January 18, 2010 Commission Meeting to January 19, 2010 due to the District’s Employee Day activities. Douglas PUD offices will be closed on January 18, 2010.
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. January 19, 2010 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
